Who is responsible
Ian Todd chooses the subjects, makes the editorial judgments and is accountable for every published claim. AI systems assist with research, drafting, graphics, coding and adversarial review. Their use is disclosed; responsibility is not delegated to them.
Independence
Threadonomist is independently made and funded. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of The Economist or The Economist Group.

Corrections, source material, rights questions and serious disagreements are welcome. The public contact route is the project's GitHub issue form. A correction request should identify the article, the sentence at issue and the best available evidence.
